We acknowledge that the path to get there is long, but with a growing momentum across the industry we believe we will succeed.

The shipping industry’s main environmental concerns are CO2, SOX, NOX emissions, waste handling and ballast water treatment, as well as ensuring safe journey with no accidents in fragile marine environments. Understanding the industry’s environmental challenges, Grieg Shipping Group wants to be part of the solution.

Our key goal is to reach a 20% reduction in energy consumption by 2015, compared to 2006 level.
