Grieg Maturitas is the holding company of the Grieg Group where the owning interests come together to create the initiatives for the Group’s present and future development. Grieg Maturitas aims to use its influence to achieve a unified strategic growth of the Group. Whilst the various companies are independent through their administration and their boards, Grieg Maturitas, however, is involved with any material changes that are envisaged, and focuses on any new and innovative areas of potential development that could be undertaken by the various group companies.
