Recruitment Policy

The Grieg Group recruitment policy shall ensure that the Grieg Group companies have a sufficient number of motivated and qualified personnel to fulfill the company’s goals.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications only. There will be no form of discrimination based on sex, race, language or other circumstances in any Grieg Group Company. If the work conditions allow it physically handicapped candidates shall be considered equal to candidates with normal conditions for physical activities.

The Grieg Group companies define requirements for recruiting new personnel individually. Internal recruitment within the Grieg Group is encouraged where convenient.

When recruiting management potential internal candidates shall be considered independent of Grieg company.
